Key Responsibilities- Liaise with banquet teams to ensure seamless event execution and exceed client expectations.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with key players in the designated market segment to drive business growth.
- Upsell and promote hotel facilities and services to maximize sales revenue.
- Handle guest complaints and comments tactfully and efficiently, reporting incidents to management as needed.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service and a positive guest experience.
- Degree or diploma in hotel management or a related field.
- Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English language.
