About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Event Sales Executive to join our team at Accor Hotels. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our hotel's facilities and services to potential clients, building strong relationships with guests and colleagues, and driving sales revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Product Knowledge

Maintain a high level of knowledge of our hotel's features, services, and amenities, including function space, entertainment options, menus, and floral decoration options.

Competitor Analysis

Stay up-to-date with our competitors' products and services to ensure we are offering the best possible experience for our guests.

Guest Service

Provide exceptional service to our guests, responding to their requests and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.

Sales and Marketing

Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth, working closely with the sales and marketing teams to promote our hotel's facilities and services.

Relationship Building

Build and maintain strong relationships with key players in the hospitality industry, including suppliers, partners, and colleagues.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. Hotel Management Qualifications

A degree or diploma in hotel management or a related field.

Relevant Experience

A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.

Language Skills

Good reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English language.
