About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our team at DELTA GOLF COURSE (2015) LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and executing various events and conferences, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning and Coordination: Plan and coordinate all aspects of events, including logistics, catering, audio-visual equipment, and decorations.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Budgeting and Financial Management: Manage event budgets, negotiate contracts, and oversee financial transactions.
  • Staff Supervision and Training: Supervise and train event staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional service.
  • Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve event-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Work Conditions: Ability to work under pressure, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
