About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our team at DELTA GOLF COURSE (2015) LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and executing various events, conferences, and meetings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning: Coordinate and plan events, conferences, and meetings from start to finish, including venue selection, catering, and logistics.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Budgeting: Manage event budgets, including vendor contracts, catering, and other expenses.
  • Logistics: Coordinate transportation, accommodations, and other event-related details.
  • Registration: Develop and implement registration systems and information materials for events.
  • Research: Conduct research and design special events programs, including theme development and activity planning.
  • Facilities Management: Plan and manage the facility's operations budget, including hiring and overseeing staff.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in event planning or a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
