About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our team at DELTA GOLF COURSE (2015) LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and executing various events and conferences, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning and Coordination: Plan and coordinate all aspects of events, including logistics, catering, audio-visual equipment, and decorations.
  • Budget Management: Manage event budgets, ensuring costs are within allocated limits.
  • Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors, including caterers, florists, and audio-visual technicians, to ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Registration and Information Management: Develop and implement registration systems and information materials for events.
  • Research and Design: Research and design special events programs, including themes, menus, and entertainment.
  • Facility Management: Plan and manage the facility's operations budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Staff Supervision: Hire and oversee training and supervision of staff, including event coordinators and volunteers.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in event planning or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, organized, team player, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Work Conditions: 40 hours per week, permanent position.
  • Language: English.
