Customer Service & Retail Front Desk Associate – Positions Available for All Experience Levels

If so, we have great news Auto Glass Now, a division of Driven Brands, is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our expanding team of Customer Service Representatives and Front Desk Associates.

Experienced customer service professionals with a background in the automotive sector can join our team immediately, earning up to $18 per hour.*

No experience REQUIRED

Many of our successful customer service representatives began their careers with us as trainees, having no prior experience, but coming from roles such as servers, retail staff, call center agents, or other customer-facing positions.

PAID TRAINING AVAILABLE

We provide comprehensive training on how to effectively communicate our auto glass repair process, address customer inquiries, and manage billing invoices. During training, you will earn a minimum of $15/hr*, and post-training, your earnings can reach up to $18/hr*.

As a Customer Service Representative at Driven Brands, your responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming and assisting walk-in customers, appointments, and returning clients
  • Creating estimates, pricing quotes, and invoices for automotive services
  • Handling phone inquiries and returning customer calls
  • Delivering outstanding customer service
  • Assisting the Manager with daily parts returns
  • Ensuring accuracy in parts ordering
  • Documenting all calls and following up with customers as necessary
  • Confirming all mobile job parts and materials prior to dispatching drivers
  • Opening new accounts and servicing existing ones
  • Maintaining a professional appearance and a positive demeanor

All our Customer Service Representatives should meet the following criteria:

  • A positive attitude and a customer service-oriented mindset
  • Basic computer skills
  • Strong communication abilities
  • Bilingual (Spanish) proficiency is a plus
  • Prior phone or call center experience is advantageous
