Job Type: Full-time (Monday-Friday)
Compensation Structure: Hourly

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients via intercom or phone communication
  • Address both emergency and non-emergency situations on-site
  • Troubleshoot client concerns utilizing the parking control system
  • Manage incidents through incident management software
  • Deliver friendly and professional client support
  • Adhere to the company's customer service protocols
