Customer Service & Retail Front Desk Associate – Positions Available for All Experience Levels

If so, we have great news Auto Glass Now, a division of Driven Brands, is looking for dedicated individuals to join our expanding team of Customer Service Representatives and Front Desk Associates.

Experienced customer service professionals with a background in the automotive sector can join our team immediately, earning up to $18 per hour.*
No experience REQUIRED
Many of our successful customer service representatives began their careers with us as trainees, having backgrounds in hospitality, retail, call centers, or other customer-facing roles.
PAID TRAINING AVAILABLE
We provide comprehensive training on our auto glass repair processes, customer inquiry responses, and billing management. During training, you will earn at least $15/hr*, and post-training, your earnings can reach up to $18/hr*.

As a Customer Service Representative at Driven Brands, your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming and assisting walk-in customers, appointments, and returning clients
- Generating estimates, pricing quotes, and invoices for automotive services
- Handling phone inquiries and returning customer calls
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Supporting the Manager with daily parts returns
- Ensuring accuracy in parts ordering
- Documenting all calls and following up with customers as necessary
- Confirming parts and materials for mobile jobs before dispatching
- Opening new accounts and servicing existing ones
- Maintaining a professional demeanor and positive attitude
All our Customer Service Representatives must meet the following criteria:
- Possess a positive attitude and customer service orientation
- Basic computer skills are required
- Strong communication skills are essential
- Bilingual (Spanish) proficiency is a plus
- Prior experience in phone or call center roles is advantageous
