Position Overview:

We are looking for a Customer Experience & Success Associate (CX&SA) who embodies a positive attitude, a commitment to outstanding service, and a collaborative spirit. This role is crucial in delivering the Atlas Experience to every customer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers regarding inventory updates, shipping details, and product inquiries.
  • Respond to customer communications through various channels, addressing issues such as returns, order discrepancies, and warranty claims.
  • Coordinate warranty claims and manage return processes efficiently.
  • Handle a high volume of customer interactions, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve product-related inquiries and improve service delivery.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products and promotions to assist customers effectively.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance customer support.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in problem-solving and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Reliable and punctual in fulfilling job responsibilities.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years in a customer service or call center environment.
