Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Care Associate to join our team at our Vaughan, Ontario location. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective assistance to customers via intercom or telephone.
  • Identify and respond to emergency and non-emergency situations on site.
  • Utilize our parking control system to troubleshoot and provide level-1 customer support.
  • Manage incidents from logging to escalation using our incident management software.
  • Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner, actively listening to their concerns and providing solutions.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Strong computer skills, with experience in Windows and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to learn new software and applications.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
