Utilizes mathematical and statistical techniques to address financial and risk management challenges, including internal controls, enterprise-wide stress testing, scenario analysis, capital modeling, and valuations. Through quantitative analytical modeling, identifies critical factors essential for financial disaster recovery strategies. Engages in research and develops tools that leverage data to facilitate scenario-based planning and implement frameworks aimed at enhancing financial decision-making, fostering innovation, and reducing the impact of uncertainty.
- Oversees risk across portfolios and strategies encompassing all risk categories.
- Conducts research and creates tools that utilize data for improved financial decision-making.
- Employs knowledge of risk assessment and controls, coupled with a comprehensive understanding of industry compliance standards and regulations.
- Identifies potential risk mitigation strategies; recommends and implements solutions based on thorough analysis of issues and their implications for the organization.
- Documents data flow, systems, and processes to enhance the design, implementation, and management of business/group processes.
- Performs quantitative research on risks across various strategies and portfolios.
- Promotes a culture aligned with the organization’s purpose, values, and strategic objectives.
- Ensures alignment between values and behaviors that support diversity and inclusion.

Salary: $100, $187,200.00
Pay Type: Salaried

The total compensation package will vary based on the pay type of the position and may include performance-based incentives, discretionary bonuses, as well as other perks and rewards.
