About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to lead the development of strategic portfolio initiatives at Scotiabank. As a Senior Manager, Portfolio Strategy, you will be responsible for championing a client-focused culture and deepening client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Plan and execute human-centered customer experience strategy and research projects with actionable outcomes.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct research, build proposals, and synthesize data to present insights into meaningful outcomes.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Develop clear and concise communications, and work collaboratively with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
  • Team Leadership: Foster a collaborative, innovative, and supportive team environment, and champion a high-performance environment.
  • Risk Management: Understand and apply Scotiabank's risk appetite and risk culture in day-to-day activities and decisions.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5 years' experience in planning and executing human-centered customer experience strategy and research projects.
  • Skills: Proven ability to synthesize data, present insights, and write clear and concise communications. Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills, comfortable communicating directly with senior executives.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
