President's Choice Bank is in search of a Senior Manager to lead their Portfolio Strategy team. In this pivotal role, you will be tasked with formulating and executing strategic initiatives aimed at boosting customer interaction within our payments and savings offerings. Your primary responsibilities will encompass facilitating the introduction of innovative features/products, refining current workflows, and enhancing the overall customer journey. Effective collaboration with diverse departments such as Digital Outcomes, Customer Insights, Marketing, Fraud Prevention, Compliance, Technology, Customer Support, and Operations will be crucial for success in this position. Establishing robust relationships across the organization will be vital.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and assess opportunities to elevate product offerings
  • Assist in project execution alongside cross-functional teams
  • Gain comprehensive knowledge of the PC Money account product for feature improvements
  • Leverage internal analytics to provide strategic insights
  • Oversee product risks and implement controls
  • Propose enhancements for the online banking customer experience
  • Ensure effective launches of new products
  • Stay updated on competitive landscape to inform the long-term strategy for banking products

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in retail product management
  • Strong expertise in product strategy, project execution, and forecasting
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical capabilities
  • Ability to excel in a dynamic environment
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
