About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to join our Personal Lending Credit Strategy team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in developing and enhancing credit strategies to drive portfolio profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Portfolio Insight and Management: Utilize advanced methodologies and tools to measure portfolio health, identify opportunities, trends, and anomalies, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
  2. Analytical Support: Provide concise and insightful analytical support to senior management on matters related to acquisitions and account management of personal lending products.
  3. Credit Strategy Development: Lead the development of credit strategies, monitor strategy outcomes, and provide recommendations for enhancements.
  4. Strategy Implementation: Support the implementation of strategies and maintain the integrity of decision criteria within loan origination systems and campaign processes.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  1. 5+ years of experience in developing risk, pricing, and/or profitability models.
  2. Prior experience with data manipulation and analytics packages such as SAS, Teradata, Tableau, Python, etc.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including understanding of credit risk fundamentals and financial modeling.
  4. Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate a compelling business case to senior management.
  5. University degree in a quantitative field of study (e.g., statistics, economics, business, computer science, math).
