About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Fresh Tandoori Flavour Indian Bistro. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for leading our culinary operations and ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Culinary Leadership: Develop and implement menus, recipes, and cooking techniques to maintain the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Team Management: Supervise and train kitchen staff, including cooks, sous chefs, and kitchen assistants, to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Order and manage inventory of ingredients, supplies, and equipment to minimize waste and optimize kitchen operations.
  • Food Safety and Quality: Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards of safety and quality, adhering to health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Customer Service: Work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure that customers receive exceptional service and that their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
