About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative assistance to our team members, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
    • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events.
  • Office Operations
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Communication
    • Develop and maintain effective communication with team members, clients, and vendors.

Requirements
  • Education
    • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
    • Permanent employment.
    • English as the primary language of work.
    • 35 hours per week.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position. The successful candidate will be required to work 35 hours per week in a fast-paced office environment.
