Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Affinity Food Group. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional dining experience.
Key Responsibilities- Budget Management: Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to optimize profits and ensure financial stability.
- Menu Planning: Develop and implement menu plans that align with the restaurant's brand and customer preferences.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and train staff to ensure they are providing excellent customer service and maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels to minimize waste and ensure that all necessary supplies are available.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the restaurant maintains a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.
