Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at 832069 Ontario Limited. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement operational strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase efficiency.
- Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of 1-20 employees, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure high levels of productivity and job satisfaction.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, responding promptly to complaints and concerns, and taking proactive steps to resolve issues.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the management of inventory, including ordering, stocking, and controlling inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize profitability.
- Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure accurate financial tracking and decision-making.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment for employees and customers.
- Marketing and Promotion: Participate in marketing plans and initiatives to promote the restaurant and drive sales growth.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role or equivalent experience.
- Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to multitask, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
