Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at 832069 Ontario Limited. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Budget Management: Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to boost and maintain profits.
- Operations Evaluation: Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Staff Management: Monitor staff performance, plan and organize daily operations, recruit and train staff, and ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns and provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Marketing: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote the restaurant and attract new customers.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Supervision: 1 to 20 people.
- Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, and repetitive tasks.
- Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, dependable, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, organized, reliable, team player, and ability to multitask.
The Restaurant Manager will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
