About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of our restaurant, including managing daily operations, supervising staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management
    • Analyze financial data to optimize restaurant profitability
    • Evaluate and improve daily operations to increase efficiency
    • Monitor and control inventory levels to minimize waste
  • Staff Supervision
    • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team
    • Set clear expectations and goals for staff
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure exceptional customer service through effective communication and problem-solving
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
  • Marketing and Sales
    • Develop and implement marketing plans to increase sales and revenue
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the restaurant and its products
  • Inventory Management
    • Manage inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize stock
    • Monitor and control inventory costs
  • Health and Safety
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
    • Develop and implement procedures to prevent accidents and injuries
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and submit regular reports on restaurant performance
    • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role
  • Proven track record of success in managing daily operations and supervising staff
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
