We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing relationships with our clients and stakeholders, providing operational support, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent the Quebec Region in strategic and tactical decisions for new and ongoing initiatives
  • Share best practices and processes with CWMO and other stakeholders
  • Act as the first point of contact for escalations and maintain relationships with key internal and external partners
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with key internal partners and external industry peers
  • Provide support with the implementation and documentation of operational processes and procedures

Requirements

  • Must be fully bilingual in French and English
  • University degree required
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience
  • Experience in an investment/brokerage operations environment is required
  • Knowledge of Wealth Applications is an asset
