About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insurance Damage Specialist to join our team at Assurancia Groupe Tardif. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing expert advice on insurance solutions.
  • Conduct needs analysis and provide recommendations on insurance products and services to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions to clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and optimal business performance.
Requirements
  • Valid insurance license from the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) or willingness to obtain one.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English and French (bilingualism is an asset).
