About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Customer Service Representative to join our team at EightSix Network. As a key member of our collection team, you will play a vital role in helping clients achieve financial stability and well-being.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain trust-based relationships with clients through active listening and effective communication.
  • Analyze and understand complex financial information to assess clients' financial situations and provide tailored solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with clients to resolve issues and provide education on their financial situation and available options.
  • Develop and implement solutions that meet clients' financial needs and goals.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Customer service and advisory experience, preferably in a financial services environment.
  • Aptitude for building strong relationships and establishing trust with clients.
  • Bilingualism (English/French) to effectively communicate with clients from diverse linguistic backgrounds.
