Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals and exceed sales targets through exceptional client service and product knowledge.
  • Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to meet individual client needs and drive business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date on product trends and features, ensuring seamless communication of benefits and value to clients.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in French and English (written and spoken) is essential.
  • Proven track record in luxury retail or sales, with a strong focus on building and maintaining relationships.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Point of Sale systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with high-end clientele and managing complex sales transactions.
  • Knowledge of diamonds and precious stones, with certifications or diplomas a plus.
  • Bilingualism in additional languages or proficiency in multiple languages.
