Technical Support Specialist Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate user access to computer networks
  • Monitor and report on the performance of IT systems
  • Assist users facing technical challenges
  • Refer to user manuals and technical documentation for troubleshooting
  • Provide guidance and training to users
  • Maintain a log of issues and resolutions
  • Prepare equipment for user deployment
  • Deliver high-quality customer service
  • Manage and resolve incidents effectively
Supervisory Responsibilities

Oversee a team of 3-4 individuals.

Essential Skills
  • Proficient in device drivers
  • Knowledgeable in networking software and hardware
  • Understanding of network security protocols
  • Experience with wireless networking
