Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Assistant to support our operations at Green Again Irrigation Inc.. This role is essential in ensuring smooth administrative processes and effective communication within the team.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma program lasting 1 to 2 years
  • Alternatively, equivalent professional experience is acceptable
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and enforce office policies and procedures
  • Document and prepare minutes for meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Establish and maintain office routines and procedures
  • Coordinate and confirm appointments
  • Manage incoming calls and relay messages
  • Respond to electronic inquiries
  • Gather and compile data, statistics, and other relevant information
  • Provide guidance to senior management
  • Address employee inquiries and concerns
  • Order and manage office supplies and inventory
  • Organize travel arrangements, itineraries, and reservations
  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Engage with clients post-sale to ensure ongoing support
  • Oversee, coordinate, and evaluate projects and programs
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and assess daily operations
Experience Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year and less than 2 years of relevant experience
