Key Responsibilities
  • Allocate resources effectively to execute organizational policies and initiatives.
  • Authorize the creation of major departments and appoint senior staff.
  • Coordinate activities across various regions and divisions.
  • Set organizational objectives and approve relevant policies and programs.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions.
  • Select and empower middle managers and directors, ensuring optimal working conditions.
  • Establish financial and administrative controls, approve promotional strategies, and oversee human resources planning.
Supervisory Responsibilities

The CFO will supervise a team of 11-15 individuals across various functional areas.

Technical Proficiency

Proficiency in MS Office is required to facilitate daily operations.

Specialization

Focus on operations management is essential for this role.
