About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Green Again Irrigation Inc. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Policy and Procedure Development

Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient office operations.

Meeting and Event Support

Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, and ensure that all necessary documentation is completed.

Office Administration

Determine and establish office procedures and routines, and ensure that all administrative tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

Communication and Customer Service

Answer telephone calls and relay messages, respond to employee questions and complaints, and provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients.

Travel and Logistics

Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations as needed.

Inventory and Supply Management

Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure that the office is well-stocked and equipped.

Project Coordination

Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure that they are completed on time and within budget.

Health Benefits and Employee Support

Provide support to employees regarding health benefits and other employee-related matters.

Requirements
  • Education

College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.

Language

English is the primary language of communication in this role.
