Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to support our operations at Green Again Irrigation Inc.. This role is essential in ensuring smooth office functions and providing exceptional service to our clients.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma program lasting 1 to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and enforce office policies and procedures.
  • Document and prepare minutes for meetings, seminars, and conferences.
  • Identify and establish office workflows and routines.
  • Manage scheduling and confirmation of appointments.
  • Handle incoming calls and relay messages effectively.
  • Respond to electronic inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Gather and compile data, statistics, and relevant information.
  • Provide guidance to senior management as needed.
  • Address employee inquiries and concerns.
  • Order and manage office supplies and inventory.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and reservations.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Engage with clients post-sale to ensure ongoing support.
  • Oversee project assignments, coordination, and reviews.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and assess daily operations.
Experience Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience.
