We are currently in search of a Customer Care & Reservations Specialist .

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to travel agencies, assisting with reservation and ticketing inquiries.
  • Maintain the eticket database, including processing open coupons and managing the ETL error queue.
  • Handle the GDS reject queue, ensuring timely processing.
  • Offer Tier 2 ticketing support, aiding PAL Airline station representatives with GDS, Interline, and Codeshare bookings.
  • Perform reservations agent duties as necessary, including quoting fares, booking flights, and addressing customer inquiries.
  • Respond to cargo inquiries, providing freight quotes and managing reservations.
  • Execute additional tasks as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Completion of secondary education in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service.
  • Preferred experience in technical support for over 1 year.
  • Experience in the Travel and Tourism sector is advantageous.
