- Schedule and coordinate the activities of the Customer Service team at the St. John's International Airport (YYT) base.
- Ensure seamless communication with airline partners and team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of flight logs, passenger counts, and airport submissions.
- Collaborate with the Station Manager to discuss employee and operational challenges.
- Perform daily operations logs in Vortex and ensure all baggage deliveries are completed.
- Prepare and stock international packages and update the shift planning board.
- Work effectively with airline crew and maintain a positive working relationship.
- Ensure compliance with airline-specific procedures for lost and found items.
- 2 years' experience as a Counter Agent with increasing responsibilities.
- RAIC/Security Clearance pass.
- Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
- Previous experience managing or building a schedule is an asset.
