We are currently in search of a Customer Care & Reservations Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel Agency Assistance: Provide support to travel agencies regarding reservations and ticketing.
  • Eticket Database Management: Conduct daily updates of our eticket database, process open coupons, manage exception etickets, and handle the eticket ETL error queue.
  • GDS Reject Queue Oversight: Ensure timely processing of the GDS reject queue on a daily basis.
  • Tier 2 Ticketing Assistance: Support PAL Aerospace station customer service representatives with GDS, interline, and codeshare bookings, as well as assist partner airline helpdesks with FIM/interline/codeshare reservations.
  • Reservations Agent Responsibilities: Provide fare quotes and book flights for customers, offer necessary flight information, engage with customers to understand their needs, utilize excellent communication and sales skills, respond to cargo inquiries with freight quotes and reservations, and develop solutions to meet changing industry and customer demands.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Completion of secondary education in a relevant field is required.
  • A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience is necessary.
  • 1+ years of technical support experience is preferred.
  • Experience in the travel and tourism sector is advantageous.
