  • Schedule and coordinate the activities of the Customer Service team at the St. John's International Airport (YYT) base.
  • Ensure seamless communication with airline partners and team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of flight logs, passenger counts, and airport submissions.
  • Collaborate with the Station Manager to discuss employee and operational challenges.
  • Perform daily operations logs in Vortex and ensure all baggage deliveries are completed.
  • Prepare and stock international packages and update the shift planning board.
  • Work effectively with airline crew and maintain a positive working relationship.
  • Ensure compliance with airline-specific procedures for lost and found items.

  • 2 years' experience as a Counter Agent with increasing responsibilities.
  • RAIC/Security Clearance pass.
  • Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
  • Previous experience managing or building a schedule is an asset.
