Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Reservations Agent to join our team in St. John's, NL. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for:
- Quoting fares and booking flights for customers;
- Providing ticketing support;
- Offering customers necessary information connected with flights;
- Communicating with customers to determine individual needs;
- Addressing customer service issues with empathy and understanding;
- Providing general information on PAL Airlines policies and procedures;
- Utilizing excellent communication and sales skills;
- Identifying and implementing solutions to meet evolving industry and customer needs;
- Performing other assigned duties as required.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Completion of secondary schooling in a related field (preferred);
- At least 1 year of customer service experience (required);
- Experience in the travel and tourism industry (preferred);
- Flexibility to work all shifts and adapt to fluctuations in shift times due to operational and/or unforeseen situations.
