Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Reservations Agent to join our team in St. John's, NL. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for:

  • Quoting fares and booking flights for customers;
  • Providing ticketing support;
  • Offering customers necessary information connected with flights;
  • Communicating with customers to determine individual needs;
  • Addressing customer service issues with empathy and understanding;
  • Providing general information on PAL Airlines policies and procedures;
  • Utilizing excellent communication and sales skills;
  • Identifying and implementing solutions to meet evolving industry and customer needs;
  • Performing other assigned duties as required.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Completion of secondary schooling in a related field (preferred);
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience (required);
  • Experience in the travel and tourism industry (preferred);
  • Flexibility to work all shifts and adapt to fluctuations in shift times due to operational and/or unforeseen situations.
