Role Overview:

As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will play a pivotal role in our outbound sales initiative, educating potential clients and contributing to our remarkable growth trajectory. This essential position focuses on scheduling qualified meetings for our Account Executives through proactive outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage potential clients through cold calls, articulating how our software can enhance their business operations.
  • Generate qualified leads for our Account Executives.
  • Develop expertise in prospecting, identifying key decision-makers, and pinpointing how WellnessLiving can provide solutions.
  • Manage your own portfolio, overseeing your pipeline and daily activities within Salesforce.

What to Expect in Your First Months:

First Month:

  • Participate in a comprehensive onboarding program tailored for BDRs, led by management and experienced peers.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and Account Executives to learn effective strategies and diverse approaches to the role.
  • Hone your skills through role-playing, call evaluations, and making initial outreach calls.
  • Aim for 2 qualified demos within your first month.

Second Month:

  • Continue refining your sales abilities with guidance from your manager and training team.
  • Target 100 outbound calls daily, leveraging peer insights to optimize your daily structure.
  • Work towards achieving 5 qualified demos in your second month.

Third Month:

  • Further develop your sales techniques, streamline your daily processes, and aim for 110 calls per day.
  • Gain a solid understanding of our software, effectively manage objections, and utilize Salesforce proficiently.
  • Achieve a final ramp quota of 7 qualified demos.
