About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Support Specialist to join our team at CB Canada. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Support: Provide timely and effective technical support to clients, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Windows & Mac Operating Systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and remote access.
  • Ticket Management: Successfully complete customer support requests, with a focus on outstanding customer service and timely completion of tickets.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Learn and grow with the company, with opportunities to elevate your skillset into more advanced issues, including backup remediation, root cause analysis, and team leadership.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Certifications: Have one of the following or be able to obtain within 6 months of employment: MCP, A+, Security+, Network+.
  • Experience: 1+ years of technical experience and 1 year of Project/Client Engagement and Customer Facing.
  • Skills: Ability to provide basic end-user support in an enterprise environment, proficient written, verbal, and presentation communication, and experience in customer service, mentoring, and innovative problem-solving.
