Responsibilities:
Address customer inquiries with enthusiasm, transforming potential issues into moments of delight.
Whether through phone, online chat, or email, you will communicate effectively to address customer questions about our products while adhering to standard operating procedures. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
Navigate challenges using escalation procedures to guarantee customer satisfaction.Serve as the voice of the customer within the organization, advocating for their needs and feedback to drive enhancements in our products or services.
Collect and analyze customer feedback to inform product development and improve overall customer satisfaction.Qualifications:
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Collaborative team player who adapts quickly to changes and remains flexible.
Genuine interest in assisting others by providing top-tier customer service.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Comfortable navigating the digital landscape. Ability to work well with minimal supervision. Knowledge of Sports Nutrition and Wellness is a plus but not required.
