- Responsibilities include processing and reconciling business clients' cash, coin, and cheque deposits in accordance with established protocols.
- Prepare and manage the dispatch of outgoing and incoming parcels.
- Meet established throughput benchmarks consistently.
- Ensure thorough examination of all documents for completeness and accuracy.
- All operations are conducted under surveillance to safeguard all parties involved.
Client Account Support Specialist - ATM/Business Deposits – Essential Qualifications
- 1-4 years of experience in cash handling within a processing environment.
- High School Diploma required.
- Demonstrated proficiency in efficient and accurate data entry, particularly with MS Excel.
- Strong physical dexterity, keystroke speed, and accuracy are critical for meeting processing goals.
- Basic math skills and familiarity with accounting and reconciliation processes.
- Effective communication abilities.
- Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Physical ability to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.
