Work Environment

The role is situated within a security guard agency. Candidates should be prepared for relocation as costs will not be covered by the employer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Formulate specific strategies to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Organize workflows to ensure efficient task completion.
  • Train staff on operational duties and company policies.
  • Compile and present reports on operational activities.
  • Address workplace challenges, offer technical guidance, and propose enhancements to productivity and service quality.
  • Coordinate, delegate, and evaluate team assignments.
  • Align activities with other departments or units.
  • Establish work schedules and operational procedures.
Supervisory Responsibilities
  • Oversee general office clerks.
  • Manage security personnel.
Technical Proficiency
  • Proficient in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and QuickBooks.
Security and Compliance
  • Must possess basic security clearance.
  • Undergo a criminal record check.
  • Driver's license validity and driving record checks are required.
Transportation and Travel
  • Valid driver's license is necessary.
  • Personal transportation is required; public transport options are available.
Work Conditions

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
