We are a leading provider of security and investigations services, dedicated to delivering exceptional results to our clients. As an Operations Supervisor with our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our security services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Operational Plans

Develop specific plans to prioritize tasks and ensure the efficient allocation of resources.

Lead and Manage Security Teams

Train and supervise security personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.

Coordinate Security Operations

Organize and coordinate security activities, including the deployment of personnel and equipment, to ensure the safety and security of clients and their assets.

Monitor and Report on Security Performance

Prepare and submit regular reports on security performance, highlighting areas of success and areas for improvement.

Resolve Security Incidents

Respond to and resolve security incidents, providing technical advice and recommending measures to improve security and reduce risk.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a security or investigations role.

Skills and Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and security personnel.

Computer and Technology Skills

Proficient in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.

Security and Safety

Basic security clearance, criminal record check, driver's validity license check, and driving record check (abstract).

Transportation and Travel

Valid driver's license and own transportation.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and attention to detail.

Personal Suitability

Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
