Job Title: Office Manager

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team at TIRE HUT. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Procedures: Implement new administrative procedures, review and evaluate existing ones, and delegate tasks to office support staff.
  • Work Priorities: Establish work priorities, ensure procedures are followed, and deadlines are met.
  • Office Services: Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Reporting and Data Entry: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence, and perform data entry tasks.
  • Staff Training and Development: Train staff and oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.
  • Conflict Resolution: Resolve conflict situations and commission systems and components.
  • Payroll Administration: Oversee payroll administration and plan and control budget and expenditures.

Requirements:

  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English as the primary language of work.
  • 30 hours per week.
