Position Overview:
The Regional Leader for Regional Surgery is responsible for overseeing the strategic planning and operational management of surgical services across the region. This role requires a collaborative approach to enhance service quality and ensure alignment with healthcare objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and coordinate regional planning efforts to improve service delivery.
- Serve as a key point of contact among various stakeholders to facilitate program success.
- Engage with multiple healthcare entities to provide effective leadership and direction.
- Manage and mentor staff, ensuring they have the necessary support to excel in their roles.
Qualifications:Education & Experience
- Master's Degree in Health Administration or Public Health.
- A minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in healthcare leadership.
- Proven ability to lead in a multidisciplinary environment.
- In-depth understanding of project management principles.
- Strong analytical skills for problem-solving.
- Exceptional judgment and decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
