Position Overview:

The Regional Leader for Regional Surgery will oversee the strategic planning and implementation of surgical services across the region, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct comprehensive regional planning initiatives to improve service quality.
  • Serve as the primary contact among various stakeholders to meet program objectives.
  • Engage with multiple healthcare entities to provide effective leadership and collaboration.
  • Manage and mentor staff, providing necessary support and guidance.
Required Qualifications:Education & Experience
  • Master's Degree in Health Administration or Public Health.
  • A minimum of 7-10 years in healthcare leadership roles.
Essential Skills & Competencies:
  • Proven ability to manage in a multidisciplinary setting.
  • In-depth understanding of project management principles.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve issues effectively.
  • Exceptional judgment and decision-making capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
