Position Overview

As an Assistant Manager at Osmow's Shawarma, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations and ensuring exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management: Balance cash and prepare financial reports, ensuring accuracy in all transactions.
  • Performance Evaluation: Conduct regular performance reviews to foster employee development.
  • Inventory Control: Organize and maintain stock levels, ensuring availability of supplies.
  • Health and Safety Compliance: Uphold health and safety regulations to provide a safe dining experience.
  • Supplier Negotiation: Manage relationships with suppliers to secure quality food and materials.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and instruct staff, promoting a collaborative work environment.
  • Customer Relations: Address and resolve customer complaints effectively to enhance satisfaction.
  • Service Excellence: Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Operational Planning: Plan, organize, direct, and evaluate daily operations to meet business goals.
Supervisory Responsibilities

You will supervise a team of 5-10 individuals across various responsibilities, fostering teamwork and productivity.

Transportation Requirements

Having your own transportation is beneficial, although public transport options are available.
