Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated **Administrative Assistant** to join our team at **Future Offices Holding Inc.** This role is essential in ensuring smooth office operations and providing support to our staff.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and coordinate various events such as seminars and conferences.
  • Provide training and guidance to fellow team members.
  • Document and prepare minutes for meetings, seminars, and conferences.
  • Manage scheduling and confirmation of appointments.
  • Handle telephone communications and relay messages effectively.
  • Respond to electronic inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Procure office supplies and oversee inventory management.
  • Arrange travel plans, including itineraries and reservations.
  • Welcome visitors and direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
  • Establish and maintain both manual and computerized filing systems for information.
  • Draft and proofread correspondence, forms, and various documents.
  • Supervise office staff and volunteers as needed.
