About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Technical Support Specialist to join our team at TouchBistro. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers, ensuring their hardware and software needs are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Troubleshoot wireless networks, printers, and payment devices
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
  • Deliver customer feedback to our Product and Development teams
  • Proactively find ways to enhance the customer experience
  • Exceed departmental SLA's and quarterly personal goals

Requirements

  • University/College degree in a relevant field
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish, both oral and written
  • Available to work on weekends, after hours, and overnight in a 24/7 environment
  • Experience with Apple/iOS and computer networks
  • Self-starter with a sense of urgency, proven results, and solution-oriented
  • Flexible/adaptable and able to think on your feet
  • Able to build rapport with internal teams and external clients
