Position OverviewWe are in search of a Bilingual Embryology Specialist who is enthusiastic about assisting clients throughout South America. This pivotal role will report directly to the Head of Clinical Embryology and Scientific Operations, playing a crucial part in our strategic growth and competitive positioning in the South American sector.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and nurture the embryology relationship with clients to ensure efficient and effective onboarding of laboratory operations with our solutions.
- Oversee the laboratory installation and onboarding process, which includes the preparation of training materials.
- Evaluate and address product image quality during client training sessions.
- Review clinic reports and ensure quality assurance standards are met.
- Provide ongoing technical support for product utilization.
- Disseminate current abstracts, publications, sample reports, and additional training resources to clinics.
- Utilize CRM and customer service ticketing systems to manage client interactions and inquiries.
- Assist with scientific literature reviews, contributing to research discussions and fostering scientific leadership.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish; Portuguese is advantageous.
- A Bachelor’s (or Master’s) degree in Biology, Medical Laboratory Science, or a related field.
- A strong passion for IVF, women’s health, and Femtech.
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office 365, SharePoint, Outlook, and CRM systems.
- Experience with ZenDesk and Salesforce is a plus.
- The flexibility to work in a hybrid or remote environment.
