Position Overview:

We are in search of a Bilingual Support Specialist dedicated to assisting Black entrepreneurs. This role is essential within our Mentorship Division, where you will be instrumental in the recruitment and pairing of volunteer mentors to aid entrepreneurs in their business journeys.

Primary Duties:

  • Facilitate the onboarding and integration of a diverse group of mentors into the program
  • Leverage CRM tools to pinpoint appropriate mentors for entrepreneurs
  • Ensure that new mentors receive a warm welcome and ongoing support
  • Work in collaboration with Client Relationship Managers to ensure timely mentor pairings
  • Maintain effective communication across various teams to enhance the client experience
  • Contribute to the documentation of success stories involving both entrepreneurs and mentors
  • Keep the mentor database updated with current information

Qualifications:

  • Background in Business Administration or equivalent professional experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in client support or volunteer management
  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Team-oriented with a self-motivated approach
  • Capability to perform effectively under pressure
