About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager, Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at NAFOR. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in driving business success through strategic HR initiatives and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic HR Partnering: Provide expert HR guidance and support to senior leaders and business stakeholders, helping them navigate complex people issues and drive business outcomes.
  • Talent Management: Develop and implement talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent, ensuring the organization has the skills and expertise needed to achieve its goals.
  • Organizational Effectiveness: Analyze business needs and develop HR solutions to drive organizational effectiveness, including change management, process improvement, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Employee Relations: Proactively manage employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to employees and managers to resolve conflicts and ensure a positive work environment.
  • HR Business Planning: Develop and implement HR business plans that align with the organization's strategic objectives, ensuring HR initiatives are focused on driving business results.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Experience: Significant progressive HR experience, with a focus on HR generalist/business partner support, organization effectiveness, and program management.
  • Skills: Proven track record in building strong relationships with executives/senior leaders, with the ability to provide robust recommendations, coach, influence, and drive change in pursuit of best practice.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen and consulting skills, with the ability to analyze data and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  • Change Management: Experience with change management and supporting leaders with developing change plans.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build executive summaries and present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
